Warranty Coverage

We are committed to providing the highest quality glamping tents. All our products undergo rigorous quality checks. If there is a substantial manufacturing defect, we will assume responsibility for the repair.

Warranty Terms by Product Type

Semi-Permanent Models

  • Warranty Period: 6 months
  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, material failures, workmanship issues

Permanent Models

  • Warranty Period: 5 years
  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, material failures, workmanship issues

Important: We no longer offer Superlight models.

What is NOT Covered

  • Damage from improper installation or setup
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period
  • Extreme weather events beyond design specifications
  • Unauthorized modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. Include your purchase date and invoice number
  4. Describe the problem in detail

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide resolution options (repair, replacement parts, or replacement as appropriate).

Repairs

For repairs not covered under warranty or for products outside the warranty period, we offer repair services. Please contact us for a quote.
